Cuisine and Culture of Malaysia
The students enrolled for the subject Cuisine and Culture of Malaysia, led by Ms Anisha Chai, undertook a three-day trip to Kuantan, the capital city of the state of Pahang, from 28 to 30 October.
This immersive learning opportunity has allowed the students to sample and experience the making of various Pahang culinary delights such as Tempoyak Patin, Ikan Bakar Petai, Lemang and Lekor.
