Amount Received: RM 14,700

This innovative research will delve into the effectiveness of Madani, CSAT, and TAM design in enhancing the processes, user experience, content quality, performance, and sustainability of Sunway University’s super app, Whizzy. As a central hub, Whizzy offers functions like Classroom Guide, e-Resources, and Student Life. The aim is to develop a user-friendly platform that increases convenience, enhances user experience, and promotes student success.
