Students from the Artisanal Patisserie Career Pathway at the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management recently participated in a hands-on gelato workshop conducted by Chef Gigi Teoh, founder and chef at Idolci Gelato.
The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Sunway University, was proud to serve as the venue sponsor for the MONIN Cup 2026 – Student Category, welcoming contestants from universities across Malaysia for the competition.
