Farzana Parveen Tajudeen is Associate Professor at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, specialising in digital technologies, including AI, and their impact on business practices and workplace outcomes. Her work emphasises advancing effective digital transformation in organisations.

Devika Nadarajah is Associate Professor and Director of Research Programmes at Putra Business School. She specialises in supply chain management, with more than 10 years of industry experience in process improvement and organisational transformation.
