Biography

Dr Nicole Fu, a Ph.D. in Industrial Design Studies, is an accomplished lecturer known for her innovative teaching methods and guidance of students to top honors in design competitions. She actively contributes to Malaysia's design industry as a committee member of Pereka Malaysia and maintains academic affiliations with MRM and MIID. Dr Fu's latest book, "Biomimicry in Furniture," explores innovative design principles, demonstrating her expertise in biomimicry and cultural identity integration. As a social media influencer, she shares parenting and lifestyle advice, earning accolades like Swimin12's Best KOL of the month 2024 and Malaysia's most influential parents award in 2021. She's also served as a judge for prestigious competitions and is dedicated to teaching Mandarin, tutoring various individuals, including Miss Universe Malaysia contestants.
