Biography

Dr. Jesrina Ann Xavier is an academic and researcher in management and entrepreneurship. She serves as a Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for the Doctor of Business Administration at Sunway Business School. With a PhD in Entrepreneurship Development from the University of Malaya, Dr. Xavier’s research emphasizes entrepreneurship, family business as well as design thinking. She has over 25 peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and has authored many chapters in various books. A desirable speaker and certified coach, she champions impactful research and workshops, shaping entrepreneurial and management practices globally.
