Caroline is the Head of Department of Accounting at Sunway Business School. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree (Hons) from University of Hertfordshire and Master in Education from University of Malaya. Caroline has diverse experience of teaching and handling large classes. She is passionate about her teaching and consistently strives to create an engaging learning experience for her students by incorporating various pedagogical approaches and technology in her large classroom. She also conducts classroom action research to improve her practice and her student learning. At present, Caroline is on secondment with Academic Enhancement Division (AED) in Sunway University as an educational developer.
