Conference registration fees include

Registration Policies

  • Registration fees are applicable to each participant
  • All fees are to be paid in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only
  • For papers with more than one author, the co-author(s) will need to register individually and pay in full as presenters if they wish to attend the conference
  • Student participants, please provide a scanned copy of your Student Card and a supporting letter from your institution
  • In case of withdrawal or cancellation of participation, the conference fees paid are non-refundable

  • Special discount for groups of 3 and groups of 5 & above.

  • Attendees from multiple departments may register as a group if those departments are within the same organization or system. Individuals cannot be added to a group registration after the initial group is processed and will not be provided the group discount
  • Please note that group registrations must use only one form of payment for all registration fees. Splitting payments are not allowed for group registrations that are eligible for discounts.

Submission Guidelines

 

Abstract Submission

  • An extended abstract comprising an abstract, introduction, important results, and conclusion needs to be submitted. Strictly within 2 pages only.
  • The abstract needs to adhere to the guidelines provided in the template.
  • The abstract should summarise the key points of the paper.
  • At least one of the authors must register and present at the conference once the abstract is accepted.

Full Paper Submission

Accepted papers will be notified via email for direct submission to the journal/proceeding.
