Professor Angela Lee Siew Hoong
Professor Dr Angela Lee Siew Hoong is an Deputy Dean (Employability & Alumni) at the School of Engineering and Technology, Sunway University, Malaysia. Prof Angela Lee has been developing data science curriculum more than 10 years and she is the key person to introduce Data Science degree at Sunway University. She was recently awarded the National Outstanding Educator Award and SAS Global Forum Distinguished Educator Award for Asia Pacific Category. She regularly speaks at data science conferences. Angela has developed many innovative ways to use analytics and data science tools from the most elementary level to advanced analytics. She teaches Social Media Analytics, Visual Analytics, Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence and has authored many published international journals in the area of churn analytics, sentiment analysis and predictive analytics.
Professor Shirley Chong
Professor Shirley Chong is a prominent higher education leader and strategist who serves as the Chief Communications and Global Affairs Officer at the City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), as well as an Adjunct Professor in the university's Department of Media and Communication. She holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, bringing over 25 years of public relations, brand management, data analytics, and institutional marketing experience across corporate, public utility, and academic sectors. Having joined CityUHK in 2016, she leads the university's internationalisation strategies, global reputation building, and institutional rankings initiatives—contributing to CityUHK's recognition as the Most International University in the World by Times Higher Education in 2024. Dr. Eng. Muhammad Makky
Dr. Eng. Muhammad Makky, S.TP., M.Si. is an Indonesian academician, researcher, and university administrator who serves as the Director of Partnership and Innovation (Director of Cooperation and Research Commercialization) at Universitas Andalas (Unand) in Padang, West Sumatra. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Technology (S.TP.) and Master's degree (M.Si.) from Universitas Andalas, followed by a Doctorate in Engineering (Dr Eng.) from the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science at Gifu University, Japan. As a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Engineering under the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, his research specialises in precision agriculture, smart farming innovations, spectroscopy, machine vision, and non-destructive quality evaluation for agricultural commodities like palm oil. Beyond his administrative role overseeing international partnerships, technology transfer, and institutional commercialisation, Dr Makky has earned international recognition—including placement among top researchers in Indonesia—for his contributions to drone-based crop health monitoring, thermal imaging systems, and sustainable food security technologies.
Professor Dato' Dr. Roslee Rajikan
Prof. Dato' Dr Roslee Rajikan is a Malaysian academic leader, clinical dietitian, and Professor of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics who serves as Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Strategy and Sustainability)—formerly Strategy and Corporate Development—at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Affiliated with the Dietetics Program under the Faculty of Health Sciences, his academic and research expertise encompasses clinical nutrition, community dietetics, nutrition for populations with special needs, and health management. Over his distinguished career at UKM, he has held key executive portfolios, including Director of Strategy UKM and Chief Digital Officer, while serving on the university's Board of Directors. In his executive capacity, Dr Roslee leads UKM's institutional planning, corporate strategy, digital transformation, and campus-wide sustainable development initiatives.

Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Fatah Sulaiman, S.T., M.T
Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Fatah Sulaiman, S.T., M.T. (born October 6, 1968, in Serang, Banten) is an Indonesian academic leader and Professor of Chemical Engineering who serves as the Rector of Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (Untirta), currently serving his second term (2023–2027). He earned his bachelor's degree in Gas and Petrochemical Engineering (1994) and master's degree in Chemical Engineering (2002) from Universitas Indonesia, followed by a doctorate in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from IPB University (2009). Rising through the administrative ranks at Untirta as Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Vice Dean, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, and Senate Chairman, he was first elected Rector in 2019. Beyond his university leadership, Dr. Sulaiman is widely active in regional governance, community development, and academic organisations in Banten, including serving as General Chair of the Indonesian State University Rectors Council (MRPTNI) for the 2024–2026 period and holding key roles within the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). His academic research focuses on environmental pollution control, natural resource management, and clean industrial chemical processes.
Professor Lar. Dr Suhardi Maulan
Professor Lar. Dr Suhardi Maulan (born September 11, 1971, in Kajang, Selangor) is a Malaysian landscape architect and academician who serves as Deputy Director (University Industry Ecosystem and Sustainability) at the Centre of Industrial Relation and Network (CIRNeT) and Professor at the Faculty of Design and Architecture, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He earned his Diploma in Landscape Design from Universiti Teknologi MARA (1992), followed by a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University (1997), and both a Master of Landscape Architecture (2002) and Ph.D. in Environmental Design and Planning (2006) from Virginia Tech. In addition to serving as a former Dean of UPM's Faculty of Design and Architecture, he has held leadership roles within the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM)—including Vice President and Honorary Secretary—and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Alam Cipta: International Journal of Sustainable Tropical Design Research and Practice. His research and consultancy work focus on environmental cognition, landscape visual impact assessments (notably for Klang Valley MRT and LRT3 projects), urban scenery preferences, and integrating sustainability into industrial and community ecosystems.
Ts. Murugan Krishnan
Ts. Murugan A/L Krishnan is a Malaysian academician, professional technologist (registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists - MBOT), and Senior Lecturer at Politeknik Mersing (PMJ) in Johor, Malaysia. Recognized for his expertise in green technology, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), and smart agriculture, he has spearheaded prominent research projects including Internet of Things (IoT)-driven smart farming applications and campus sustainability initiatives. His scholarly work focuses on waste-to-fertilizer recycling practices, problem-based learning (PBL) in technical education, and integrating IoT and renewable energy into agricultural infrastructure to promote sustainable environmental practices within higher education institutions.

Dr. Ruki Harwahyu, S.T., M.Sc., M.T., is currently actively teaching in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Indonesia in 2011 and subsequently obtained his Master’s (M.Sc.) and Doctoral degrees in Computer Networks and Telecommunications from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2013 and 2018, respectively.

Professor Emeritus Dr. Chanita Rukspollmuang is an esteemed Thai educator currently serving as Vice President and Dean of the Graduate School of Education at Siam University in Bangkok, where she oversees academic development and sustainable development initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) along with a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Socio-Philosophical Foundations of Education, having earned her doctorate from Michigan State University. Prior to joining Siam University, she had a distinguished career at Chulalongkorn University as a former Dean of the Faculty of Education. Alongside her institutional leadership, Dr. Rukspollmuang has served as President of the Comparative Education Society of Asia (CESA) for two terms, President of the Thai Association of University Women (TAUW), and a steering committee member of the National Council of Social Welfare of Thailand (NCSWT). Her extensive research and leadership focus on comparative and international education, teacher training policies, and embedding sustainable development goals within higher education.
Associate Professor Dr. Zeeda Fatimah Mohamad
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeeda Fatimah Mohamad is a Malaysian environmental scholar and academic leader who serves as the Director of the Universiti Malaya Sustainability and Development Centre (UMSDC) and an Associate Professor at the Department of Science and Technology Studies (STS), Faculty of Science, Universiti Malaya (UM). She holds a B.Sc. in Ecology from Universiti Malaya, an M.Sc. in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University in Sweden, and a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy from the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) at the University of Sussex, UK. A pioneer in campus sustainability activism and living lab initiatives, she served as the founding director of UM's Community and Sustainability Centre (UMCARES) and principal investigator for action-research projects like the UM Water Warriors. Her research focuses on science, technology, and innovation (STI) policy for sustainable development, sustainability transitions, participatory watershed management, and place-based citizen science.
Prof. Sr. Ts. Gs. Dr. Khairul Nizam Abdul Maulud
Prof. Sr. Ts. Gs. Dr. Khairul Nizam Abdul Maulud is a Malaysian geospatial expert and academic leader who serves as the Deputy Executive Director (Sustainability) at the Strategy Centre, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and a Professor of Geospatial Technology Applications at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering & Built Environment, UKM. He holds a Diploma, B.Sc., and M.Sc. in Geoinformatics from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and earned his Ph.D. in Civil & Structural Engineering (Geospatial Modeling) from UKM. Recognised globally among the Top 2% World Scientists, he brings over 23 years of experience in geospatial research, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), geomatics, and coastal geomorphology. Prior to his current leadership role, he served as the Head of the Earth Observation Centre at UKM's Institute of Climate Change, with his research focusing on climate change impact modeling, environmental management, disaster management, and renewable energy applications through advanced spatial analysis.

Prof. Yung Ping Tseng
Prof. Dr Yung-Ping Tseng is Vice President and Dean of Research and Development at National Chi Nan University (NCNU), Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University, has published more than eighty works on sustainable tourism, and previously served as Associate Editor of Leisure Sciences (SSCI).
Dr. Tseng is a leading Taiwanese figure in the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings community. NCNU has long been a committed participant in the ranking under his stewardship, and he leads a National Science and Technology Council project on redesigning GreenMetric indicators. He represented NCNU at the International Workshop on UI GreenMetric in Nice (2025) and Umwelt-Campus Birkenfeld, Germany (2026), presenting the university's Nature Education Park as a sustainable tourism destination. His work on university sustainability governance has appeared in the Journal of Sustainability Perspectives in 2026. He also serves as the national representative for the Asia Pacific Tourism Association (APTA) and as Chief Advisor to the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration in Taiwan.

Professor Ker Pin Jern
Dr. Ker, Pin Jern is a Professor in the School of Engineering & Technology, Sunway University, Malaysia. He is a project leader or member of various government and industrial research projects, with a total amount of > RM 20 million. He has published >110 journal papers (WoS-indexed Q1 & Q2) and >60 Scopus / WoS (Q3 & Q4) indexed journal papers. His research interests are the application of artificial intelligence and development of intelligent system for energy-related applications, such as renewable energy and energy storage system. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng.) and is awarded as the World’s Top 2% most-cited scientists for the years 2022 and 2023.
Professor Mauricio Lamano Ferreira
Prof. Dr. Maurício Lamano Ferreira is a Brazilian environmental scientist and professor at the University of São Paulo (USP), affiliated with the Department of Basic and Environmental Sciences (DEBAS) at the Lorena School of Engineering (EEL) as well as the Graduate Program in Environmental Science (PROCAM). A scholar supported by Brazil's National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and FAPESP, his expertise centres on urban ecology, socio-environmental modelling, and environmental planning. His research heavily focuses on the dynamics and functioning of tropical urban forests, biogeochemical nutrient cycling (carbon and nitrogen), air pollution mitigation, and nature-based solutions to address climate change and promote sustainable development in megacities.

Associate Professor Dr Daniel Looi Ting Wee
Daniel Looi is Associate Professor and a structural engineer with working experience in Malaysia and Hong Kong. He has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Malaya and a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. Daniel is a Chartered Professional Engineer (structural) of Engineers Australia. He volunteered to develop the Malaysian national code for EC8-1 (Seismic actions for buildings), EC1-1-6 (Actions during execution), and he chaired the Working Group for the Malaysian EC2-4 (Design of fastenings for use in concrete). He served as an Associate Editor (Civil) for HKIE Transactions, Editorial Board Member (Civil) for Scientific Reports (Springer Nature), Earthquake Engineering and Resilience (Wiley) and Academic Editor for Shock and Vibration (Wiley). Ir. Andrey Andoko, M.Sc., Ph.D.
Ir. Andrey Andoko, M.Sc., Ph.D. is an Indonesian academic leader, computer scientist, and former media executive who serves as the Rector of Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) in Tangerang, Indonesia. He earned his bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 1986, a master's degree in Computer Science from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia, in 1992, and completed his doctoral degree at UCSI University, Malaysia, in 2024. Prior to leading UMN, he had a distinguished 20-year career in mass media and digital publishing within the Kompas Gramedia group. Transitioning to higher education administration, he served as Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at UMN and as a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics before being inaugurated as Rector. His research and leadership focus on media technology innovation, smart campus sustainability, user experience (UX) design, and strategic business model adaptation.
Dr Cheryl Ong Sue Peng
Dr Cheryl Ong Sue Peng is a Malaysian environmental scientist and sustainability manager currently serving as Senior Manager – Research & Knowledge Management (Impact, Monitoring, and Evaluation Unit) at the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). She earned both her Bachelor of Science and her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Environmental Science from Monash University Malaysia, where her doctoral research focused on environmental science, field sampling, and ecological systems. Before her role leading research, impact monitoring, and advisory frameworks at RSPO, she gained professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector. At RSPO, Dr Ong bridges scientific research and industry standards, overseeing impact evaluation metrics, multi-stakeholder research collaborations, and academic partnerships—such as key sustainability initiatives with regional universities—to advance data-driven sustainable palm oil standards and environmental conservation strategies.
Prof. Shakhlo Atakhojayeva Anvarovna
Shakhlo Atakhojayeva Anvarovna is an Uzbek scholar and educational psychologist who serves as an Acting Associate Professor in the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at the University of Business and Science. Her research focuses on educational psychology, social-emotional competence, and the development of social intelligence in educators—particularly foreign language teachers—along with digital learning tools and adolescent socialisation. Through her work, she investigates pedagogical frameworks, interactive teaching methods, and psychological factors that foster professional maturity, student adjustment, and interactive learning in higher education settings.
