Game based teaching and learning is an innovative teaching technique to stimulate student's understand. It is a vital tool that develops leadership, communication, organization, motivation, control, and most important, critical thinking. In this seminar, Dr Elangkovan will share techniques for simple and fun based class activities that engage students' teamwork. The goal? To achieve learning outcome by testing the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning taxonomy!
Profile
Dr Elangkovan has 30 years of experience in industry and academia. As a management trainer and consultant, he provided professional services to companies such as Putrajaya Marriott Hotel, The Saujana Kuala Lumpur, Villa Resorts Maldives, Affin Bank, Astro and Royal Selangor. In education, Dr Elangkovan specializes in problem-based and case-based learning and has conducted several training courses. He applies his industry expertise in teaching and researchin on Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Learning, Hospitality Management and Educational Management.
