Burger Bites with The Dean

Burger Bites with The Dean was an event where free burgers and drinks were served by lecturers and the Dean, Professor Steve Williams himself. This first ever event organised by the Sunway University Business School’s Student, Alumni and Industry Committee, in conjunction with the Pre-Graduation briefing which saw 200 burgers and drinks handed out to students. During this briefing, Professor Steve Williams shared information about career preparation and other important aspects that all fresh graduates need to understand before stepping into the world of work. Subsequently, students had the opportunity to engage directly with the Dean, Head of Department, lecturers, and staff at the University Foyer. 

The event held on November 15, 2018 was mainly for final year students who will be graduating in July 2019. It created positive social interactions between graduating students and academic and administrative staff members. Furthermore, it offered an opportunity to show our appreciation to our graduating students at Sunway University.

Finally, this event served to strengthen the relationship between staff members and graduating students while celebrating the support of everyone in achieving the business school’s goals and vision.
