Sunway University Receives 5 Star Rating from QS for the Second Time!
In the recent QS Stars audit announced on 7 December 2021, Sunway University emerged as a 5 Star rated institution for the second time.
In the 2021 rating exercise, the University scored 5 Stars in all 8 categories:
- Overall: 5 Stars
- Teaching: 5 Stars
- Employability: 5 Stars
- Academic Development: 5 Stars
- Internationalization: 5 Stars
- Facilities: 5 Stars
- Social Responsibility: 5 Stars
- Inclusiveness: 5 Stars
- Specialist Criteria: Bachelor of Science (Honours) Actuarial Studies, 5 Stars
The BSc (Hons) Actuarial Studies programme, offered by the School of Mathematical Sciences, had achieved a QS 5 Stars rating under the programme strength category. This category identifies an institution’s specialist programme by looking at its competitiveness and strength in all areas from student application right through to graduate employment rate. 5 Stars is the highest rating that can be attained in the specialist criteria.
