Department of Biological Sciences Hosts UEC Students from Kuen Cheng High School

The Department of Biological Sciences of the School of Medical and Life Sciences was glad to host 23 UEC students of Kuen Cheng High School, Kuala Lumpur. 

They were exposed to basic microbiology techniques such as aseptic techniques, streak plate method and Gram staining. The students got a chance to take back the culture plates to observe the growth of bacteria themselves.
