Memorandum of Understanding signed between Research Centre for Crystalline Materials and Robust HPC Sdn. Bhd.

The Research Centre for Crystalline Materials under the School of Medical and Life Sciences signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Robust HPC Sdn. Bhd. on January 18, 2023, indicating the collaboration between the two entities on key research projects. Sunway University was represented by President Prof. Sibrand Poppema, who signed the MoU and was witnessed by Dean Prof. Raja Affendi Raja Ali. Robust HPC was represented by Managing Director and Principal Consultant Mr. Tecsun Yeep Teck Ann and Director and Enterprise IT Consultant Mr. Ensun Yeep Teck Cheng.

Prior to the signing of the MoU, the delegates of Robust HPC visited the H.O.M.E. lab of the Research Centre for Human-Machine Collaboration, and held a sharing session on high-performance computing in scientific research and NVIDIA AI supercomputing solutions. The session was attended by members from the School of Medical and Life Sciences, the School of Engineering and Technology, and the School of Mathematical Science.
