Ms Karen Lui Conducts Basic Food Handler Training for Sunway Hotel Staff

Ms Karen Lui Koon Ling, Senior Teaching Fellow and also a certified Food Handler Trainer provided the Basic Food Handler Training for Sunway Hotel staff.

The food handler training is a MoH-certified training to create awareness and enable participants to gain knowledge on basic food hygiene and prevention from foodborne hazards and poisoning.

Hospitality education and training is indeed an important exchange between industry and academia.
