Bridging Borders: Sunway University and YunTech Taiwan Forge New Academic Partnership
In a landmark event at Sunway University, Malaysia, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Sunway University and the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (YunTech), Taiwan. The ceremony marked the beginning of a promising partnership aimed at advancing academic and research collaborations between the two esteemed institutions.
The MoU was signed by Professor Mahendhiran Sanggaran Nair, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research and Sustainability) of Sunway University, and Chuan-Yu Chang, Deputy General Director of YunTech. This partnership, spearheaded by the Research Centre for Human-Machine Collaboration (HUMAC) at Sunway's School of Engineering and Technology, represents a significant step towards fostering deeper institutional ties.
The collaboration will focus on providing academic staff from both universities with the opportunity to engage in joint academic and research activities, broadening the scope of expertise and innovation across borders.
