With eager anticipation, they worked together to prepare the venue, setting up chairs and tables for the guests. After a quick briefing and lunch, volunteers were assigned various tasks. Some greeted guests warmly at the registration booth, while others distributed water and popcorn to ensure everyone was comfortable.
