The Global Commercial Legal Skills Taster Programme (The Taster Programme)

 

The Taster Programme was an innovative collaboration between Lancaster University Law School and Sunway Business School’s Centre for Commercial Law and Justice.

Run by eminent researchers and practicing lawyers from England and Wales, the course enabled students to develop a robust understanding of key advances in law, technology, and business, enhancing key employability skills attractive to international graduate employers.

It was hands-on learning where students learned to debate and negotiate key issues facing the legal and business worlds today.

At the end of the two-week programme, students were awarded certificates of participation from Lancaster University and Sunway University. Professor Andrew Abbot, Academic Dean of Lancaster Programmes, presented the certificates to the students.
