SBS Visits High Commission of The Republic of Maldives

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Her Excellency Dr Mariyam Shabeena Ahmed, High Commissioner of the Republic of Maldives to Malaysia, and the High Commission team for their warm welcome and valuable time during a visit by Sunway Business School on 23 July 2024.

During this visit by Sunway Business School, our students had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the High Commission's role and the strong commitment between the Maldives and Malaysia to enhancing bilateral relations.

Our students also had the chance to engage with Maldivian traditional attire, music, and dance at the High Commission, which showcased the rich cultural heritage of the Maldives.

This visit provided meaningful interactions with diplomats and a tour of the High Commission’s gallery, significantly enriching our students’ exposure to international relations.

The experience enhanced their critical thinking, cultural awareness, and professional networking skills, effectively preparing them for future careers in global affairs.
