Sunway University Signs MoU with Hebei University of Technology (HEBUT - International Campus in Langfang)
Following President Sibrandes Poppema's visit to Hebei University of Technology (International Campus in Langfang) in Beijing last December, a significant milestone was achieved as Hebei University of Technology (Langfang International Campus) and Sunway University entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to bolster academic collaboration. This agreement focuses on fostering collaboration between the School of Engineering and Technology, and the Centre for English Language Studies (CELS).
The MoU was ceremoniously signed by Professor Sibrandes Poppema, President of Sunway University, and Professor Liu Kuiying, Secretary of the Party Committee at Hebei University of Technology - International Campus in Langfang. The signing ceremony was witnessed by the presence of Professor Chai Lay Ching, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) of Sunway University, and Professor Chen Ping, Director of Career Development Affairs at Hebei University of Technology - International Campus in Langfang.
This partnership has been further solidified through reciprocal visits by both parties to each other's campuses. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to spearhead additional pioneering projects together throughout the years 2024/2025.
