SynopsisThis subject aims to provide an advanced knowledge and understanding of the concepts and tools for competitive strategy. It focuses upon the evaluation of hospitality business from a competitive perspective within the domestic and international hospitality sectors in which they operate. Case studies, industry-related projects, and seminars are used to assess a variety of hospitality organisations.

  • Appraise the process, concepts, and context of competitive strategy implementation. 
  • Design business strategies for corporate or business unit and functional levels.
  • Compare data related to  competitive business environment in strategy formulation.
