Synopsis | In a globalised world and an increasingly competitive marketplace with changing socioeconomic environments, innovation and technological advancements have become vitally important. In order to be successful in today’s hospitality and service industries, a clear and strong strategically focused marketing direction is required. Managers and marketers also need a holistic understanding of how marketing systems and processes align with other elements of businesses to present develop innovative and cohesive strategies. As such, this subject provides an in-depth understanding of how innovation, technology and marketing can be used to transform hospitality and service-related industries in the international marketplace.
