Biography
Tan Seng Lee is a Certified Public Accountant with 7 years of experience in a major accounting firm; 13 years in a leading financial institution; 6 years in the national automotive group; 4 years in the country’s largest water infrastructure and services company; and 8 years as an academic in a private university. His experience includes corporate restructuring, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, banking, auditing and debt recovery.
