Biography
I am an inquisitive academician with almost 25 years of academic and industry experience. I have worked in both government and private institutions. Before joining Sunway University, I was in UiTM as a Senior Lecturer, supervising postgraduate (MBA and PhD) students and teaching undergraduate students. Prior to that, I was in SEGi University as a Senior Lecturer in the Graduate School of Business. I have supervised about 20 PhD/DBA students and am an examiner for a few Viva Voce and proposal defense. Area of interest includes Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), Firm Performance, Internationalisation. Courses taught: Research Methodology, Managerial Economics, Statistics, Organisational Behaviour.
