Gaithri is a Lecturer at Sunway Business School with a passion for business education, research, and student development. She is committed to creating engaging, student-centered learning experiences that connect theory with real-world practice. 

Her research interests include workplace well-being, organisational behaviour, mental health, and psychological well-being. She is dedicated to continuous learning, impactful research, and developing future business professionals.
