Recycling Workshop with Refugee Community
On 24th June 2022, Sunway students conducted a sharing session with the children of the Myanmar Refugee Community Learning Centre on recycling.
Prior to the event day, the they had prepared a visual presentation and collected recyclable materials such as plastics, newspapers and glass bottles for demonstration purposes and to make their sharing session more relatable and memorable.
They shared the concepts of recycling and the different types of materials that can be recycled.
This was one many community engagement activities organised by the Sunway Student Volunteers.
