The Canopy Walk also known as ‘Eco Walk’ connects the University to nearby amenities such as the mall, residential area, public transport stations, and the hospital. This 4km walkway improves connectivity of the campus while promoting a healthy lifestyle of walking daily. 

The Canopy Walk roof surfaces are installed with solar panels to harness and utilise sunlight – our most abundant source of renewable energy. Equipped with power-saving LED lights which are switched on throughout the walkway at night, this is a safe and secure option for the campus and the community.

The Canopy Walk is fitted with close-circuit TV cameras and our auxiliary personnel will be on their rounds throughout the operating hours of the Ecowalk.
