Public Access to Museums, Exhibition Spaces, Galleries, or Works of Art and Artifacts

Members of the public are allowed to freely access the campus exhibition halls, art gallery and concert venues. They can check the events page to find out about on-going events and performances.
Exhibition Hall
The hall is located at Level 1, West Building of Sunway University. This hall functions as multipurpose hall, not only for exhibition - it can also convert to discussion/forum room. It is open to all students, staff and others to exhibit their showcase artworks, artifacts, or thematic displays.
Art Gallery
The School of Arts Gallery is located at the Mezzanine floor, West Building of Sunway University. The gallery showcases students' arts and also arts pieces of the local and international artists and heritage sculptures.
Rooftop Theatre
The Rooftop Theatre is a dynamic hub for the Department of Film & Performing Arts, facilitating various creative endeavours. This versatile venue has a rich history of hosting theatre productions, performances, and exhibitions, playing a pivotal role in nurturing artistic expression.
One of its standout features is its commitment to fostering emerging talent. It regularly showcases student-led performances, allowing aspiring artists to hone their craft. Simultaneously, the Rooftop Theatre opens its doors to established theatre companies from the industry, fostering collaboration and elevating the cultural landscape of Sunway University.
Recognising the importance of maintaining top-notch facilities, the lighting and sound equipment have been upgraded, ensuring every performance is a sensory delight. Furthermore, the flooring and walls have received a makeover, enhancing aesthetics and acoustics.
Beyond the stage, the Rooftop Theatre offers a comprehensive support infrastructure. Adjacent to the theatre, a dedicated practice space allows performers to prepare and rehearse effectively. Changing rooms provide a comfortable environment for cast and crew, and an office space ensures efficient administrative operations.
