High blood pressure disease (Hypertension) is a type of disease that is no stranger to the Malaysian community.

According to NHMS 2023, 1 in 3 adults in Malaysia has hypertension. 11.9% of them do not know that they have hypertension.

This is because high blood pressure usually occurs without showing any obvious symptoms. 

A program like this is expected to be able to implement healthy lifestyle practices in preventing or controlling the high blood pressure.

This is because the need for non-pharmacological treatment is important in addition to treatment with drugs.
