Biography
Yesuselvi Manickam is Lecturer in the Department of Communication and Liberal Arts at Sunway University. She has a master’s in Publishing Studies and a bachelor’s in Media Studies from the University of Malaya. Her areas of specialisation are in Public Relations, Publishing, Advertising and Mass Communication. She currently teaches Media Relations and Public Relations Issues and Strategies at the undergraduate level. Her research interests include Health Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability, public relations campaigns and the PR industry in Malaysia. In addition to teaching, she plays an active role in organising campaigns for non-profit organisations which align with SDG 3.
