The registration fee covers conference materials, lunches, tea breaks and a conference banquet.

Information for Participants and Presenters
- Each participant is required to register for the conference here, and presenters must also submit an abstract of their presentation.
- Student presenters and participants must also provide a student status confirmation letter from their respective institution and upload it during registration.
- Please use the abstract template here to prepare your abstract.
- The abstract must be prepared in English with a maximum of 500 words
- Three to five keywords should be included at the end of the abstract
- Authors are required to submit the abstract in DOC format.
- Once registration information and/or abstract has been gone through, each participant will receive an invitation letter from the Secretariat of POC2023 before making payment here
- Confirmation of registration is subject to the receipt of payment.
- Each participant will be notified once the payment has been gone through.
Special Session
POC2023 will include special technical sessions. Prospective session organisers should submit the abstract and the estimated number of potential participants by 30 September 2023.
One of the presentations in the special session will be categorised as an invited talk and is expected to be 25 minutes, while a contributed talk is expected to be 20 minutes. These numbers could be adjusted later when more accurate registration information is available. The session organisers should submit the abstracts/papers here.
