Submission Guidelines
Below are some of the suggested topics for reference. Other topics are also welcomed.
Track | Topics |
---|---|
A | Education Ecosystems Educational systems can be understood broadly, and this track invites discussions about educational ecosystems broadly conceived. Themes of particular interest might include how educational systems need to adapt or are already modify themselves in order to respond to contemporary needs. For example, increased digitisation, the inclusion of new types of learners, significant changes in how programmes are structured, etc. |
B | Delivery Systems This theme invites discussion around areas of delivery. Topics for presentations might include analysis of sub-categories such as content delivery, content assessment, content management, content development, and so on. These might relate generally or specifically to programmes but might also look at systems relating to audits and reviews, for example. Of interest are reviews of how to achieve, maintain, monitor and understand resilience, integrity, efficiency and effectiveness. |
C | Sustainability Several of the UN Sustainable Development Goals relate to education and can be traced to some of the infrastructural decisions, mechanisms and activities associated with quality assurance. This theme invites consideration of these areas and may include topics such as management of resources, accountability and transparency in use of resources, safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of staff, integrating sustainable working practices, and so on. |
D | International Dimensions Internationalisation of activities is a key driver for many institutions and impacts many areas. This theme invites discussion into how international collaborations are influencing areas such as operations, management, research, programme design and delivery. Of interest is how standards are set and monitored when working across institutions, cultures, time-zones and other aspects of ‘difference’. |
E | Other Topics Themes that fall outside of the suggested themes, but which meet the seminar objectives and are of relevance to its audience are also welcome. |
