Biography
Dr Nicholas Lee has held various portfolios in different educational settings in Malaysia both at early childhood and tertiary levels where he was most recently Academic Director of a local college. As Academic Director, he oversaw the implementation of project-based learning across programmes and, together with his team, collaborated with SMEs, MNCs and NGOs to provide students with meaningful, interdisciplinary projects. As an educator, he is a proponent of active learning and blended-learning, providing students with both context as well as the ability to apply theories and concepts. His PhD in Education with a focus on teachers’ classroom practices in Malaysian public schools is nearing completion. In his free time, he enjoys good food, NBA basketball, and sci-fi movies and novels.
