Biography

Dr Adam She Long is current a senior lecturer at Sunway Business School. He also serves as an associate editor in Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration (Emerald; ABDC, ESCI, Scopus Q2). As a lecturer, he tries to interpret complex concepts and techniques in a straightforward way to help his students to learn. He emphasizes developing students’ problem-solving skills, and most importantly, he knows how to bring out the best in students. As a researcher, Dr Adam has published more than 30 international indexed research articles in various scholarly journals. He has also presented papers at various international conferences and won research awards. He has been an active reviewer for several indexed and reputable journals. Apart from all his achievements, Dr. Adam is passionate about conducting workshops, and he has so far initiated and conducted several face-to-face and online workshops on Structural Equational Modelling (Such as SEM-AMOS, and SmartPLS) to help other researchers to strengthen their research skills.
