Biography
Dr. Poon Wai Chuen, Eugene is presently a senior lecturer in the Department of Management, Sunway Business school, Malaysia. He received his PhD in Management at the Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia. He has been lecturing in subject spanning across management in multiple Private university in Malaysia.
His research interests are in strategic management, organisational behaviours and small and medium enterprises. He has published papers in journals such as Global Business Review, Academy of Strategic Management, International Journal of Organization Theory and Behavior and others. He is also a reviewer for Global Business Review and International Journal of Organization Theory and Behavior. He routinely designs and delivers PLS-SEM workshops.
