Biography

Koon Vui-Yee holds the position of Principal Teaching Fellow at Sunway University, Malaysia. She imparts management principles and strategic management knowledge to undergraduate and postgraduate students, while also providing supervision for research projects spanning from bachelor's degree to PhD level. Additionally, she is recognized as a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI, UK), a prestigious credential in the field of management Her research interests encompass strategic human resource management, industrial-organizational (IO) psychology, and humanistic management, with a focus on enhancing employee performance in terms of attitudes and behaviors across various sectors from commercial to educational contexts.
