Koon Vui Yee is the Principal Teaching Fellow in the Department of Management at Sunway University. She also currently serves as Programme Chair of BSc (Hons) Business Management. She received a Bachelor (Hons) of Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management from University Putra Malaysia in 2001, did her Master of Management with distinction from University Malaya in 2006 and obtained PhD in Business Administration from Asia e-University (AeU) in 2012. Her research interests span both strategic human resource management, industrial organisational (IO) psychology and humanistic management. Much of her work has been on improving the employee performance regarding attitudes and behaviours. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals. Furthermore, Koon Vui Yee is the co-authors of Principles of Management (SJ Learning, 2015) and Organisational Behaviour (SL Learning,2017); serves as one of the editorial members of Contemporary Management Research journal and the reviewer of International Journal of Human Resource Management.
