Biography
Dr. Sin Kit Yeng, Kyra, currently serves as a lecturer in the Department of Management at Sunway Business School. She possesses extensive expertise in disciplines such as Total Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Business Research Methods. She has showcased her research prowess through publications in several renowned Scopus-indexed journals, including TQM Journal and the International Journal of Lean Six Sigma.
She holds a Master's degree with First Class Honors, a PhD with a Full Scholarship from Mybrain15, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Teaching and Learning with High Distinction from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. Moreover, she is an esteemed member of Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Asian Academy of Management (AAM), and Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). She also serves as a reviewer for Aim Sham Engineering Journal, Transportation Research Interdisciplinary Perspectives, and various journals published under Inderscience Publisher.
