Biography
Dr Md Asadul Islam’s research areas include organisational behaviour, technology management, sustainability, and gender equality. Dr Md Asadul Islam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in HRM from Sunderland University, UK, and his PhD in Management from the School of Business and Economics (AACSB-accredited), Universiti Putra Malaysia. His research has been published in leading journals, including Studies in Higher Education (ABDC-A and ABS 3*) and the Journal of Strategic Marketing (ABDC-A). Moreover, he has multiple publications in many Web of Science and Scopus-indexed journals published by WILEY, Springer, SAGE, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Emerald, etc. He has also published a number of business cases in SAGE Business Cases. Dr Asadul has also co-authored two books: “Human Resource Management (HRM)” and “Principles of Management,” published by ABIR Publications, Bangladesh. He has attended multiple international conferences organised in Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Uzbekistan. He is a recipient of the Best Presenter award at the conference held at Nanyang Technology University (NTU), Singapore. Dr. Asadul is also Senior Editor in the Global Business and Organisational Excellence (GBOE) (Scopus Q1) and Editorial Board member of Business Strategy and Development (BSD) (Scopus Q1).
