I am a law lecturer at the Centre for Commercial Law and Justice, Sunway Business School for the last 13 years. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at Sunway Business School. My research area is focused on Corporate Governance and Corporate Criminal Law in Malaysia. I am expected to complete my Ph.D in 2026.

I have extensive experience in the education field through various institutions of higher learning in Malaysia, ranging from teaching at the diploma to master’s degree level, administration of academic programs, and working with foreign university partners. A large part of that experience is in teaching Business Law, Company Law, and International Trade Law.

I am a member of the Corporate Law Teachers Association (CLTA).
