Graduates must register their attendance at the Lagoona Terrace, rechable by foot, buggy, or train. Look out for a sign and staircase before the Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon. Proceed up the staircase and you will find the registration area to your right. Guests who are not entering the Amphitheatre may also watch the proceedings from the Lagoona Terrace.

Important notes:

• This location is designated for guests with a E-ticket.
• It serves as the entrance to the Amphitheatre.
• Guests are welcome to enter the Amphitheatre using the guest E-ticket code upon arrival.

The Convocation Pack will be issued to you upon registration on the day of the ceremony. Your pack includes:

• Award Recipient Call Card, which contains your name, seat number and programme you are graduating with. 

  Please note that Scholastic Award Recipients will receive an extra call card.

This day marks the pinnacle of your academic achievements, and the university proudly celebrates this occasion with the graduating students. Please help us provide a smooth and memorable event for all involved by observing the following guidelines:

• Be seated before the procession begins. Guest seating is first-come, first-seated.
• No guests are permitted in the graduates' seating area.
• Mobile phones should be switched off or placed on silent mode.
• Photography is strictly not allowed during the ceremony.
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the Amphitheatre.
• All graduates and their guests are asked to be seated and to remain in their seats during the entire ceremony for safety reasons and as a sign of respect to all university graduates.
• All graduates and guests are advised to refrain from wearing stilettos and shoes with pointed toes for safety reasons.
• Children below 12 years old are strictly not allowed into the ceremony theatre.

Notes: Graduates who are in programmes that are eligible for two certificates will be presented with two scrolls on stage, i.e. one from Sunway University and another from Lancaster University, Le Cordon Bleu or CIPD. You will first receive your Sunway University scroll from the first award presenter, and the Lancaster University/Le Cordon Bleu scroll from the second award presenter.
