Participation Fees/Ticketing

To attend the Convocation Ceremony, eligible graduates must register and make full payment through the SEG Event Portal. Kindly check your invitation email to proceed with registration. The registration deadline is Friday, February 2, 2024, at 12 noon (GMT+8, Malaysia Local Time). Late registrations will not be accommodated.

Graduates and guests who have purchased the tickets will be given a wristband to enter the SUNWAY LAGOON. Kindly collect your wristband(s) at Level 1 Foyer, Graduate Centre, Sunway University from 24th to 26th February 2024 between 8:30am to 5:00pm.

A maximum of two (2) guests are permitted per graduate due to limited seats.

However, should you require more than two (2) guest tickets to enter the Amphitheatre, please contact your school representatives. The request for additional tickets will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.

Please note that all payments made are non-refundable, and tickets & wristbands are non-replaceable, non-transferable and not for resale.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled ceremony due to extenuating circumstances, you may get in touch with your school representative(s) before the registration closing date for advice on deferment consideration process.

If ticket(s) are not issued to you upon successful registration and payment, please notify Financial Services Department via email at @email. In the email content, please include your:
