Participation Fees/Ticketing


Graduates who wish to attend the Convocation Ceremony must register and make full payment via the SEG Event Portal. The closing date for registration is TUESDAY, 04 July 2023, 12 noon (GMT+8 , Malaysia Local Time). Late registrations will not be entertained.

A maximum of 2 guests are permitted per graduate due to limited seats.

 

If you require more than 2 guest tickets to enter the Amphitheatre, we kindly request that you direct the graduates to communicate with their respective school representatives. The inquiry for additional ticket will be assessed in accordance with availability, following a first-come, first-served basis.

 

If there are extra guests, graduates can purchase Lagoona Terrace tickets for the additional guests to attend the event. However, please note that these tickets will grant access to the event but not to the Amphitheatre itself.

 

**Please note that all tickets/wristbands are non-refundable, non-replaceable, non-transferable and not for sale.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled ceremony due to extenuating circumstances, you may get in touch with your School Representative(s) before the registration closing date for advice on deferment consideration process.

If ticket(s) are not issued to you upon successful registration and payment, please notify Financial
Services Department via email at [email protected]. In the email content, please include your:
