IIUM EMSS International Challenge 2019 organised by International Islamic University Malaysia aimed at creating a business pitch challenge using the Business Model Canva (BMC) that was in line with the SDG Goal, SDG 13 - Climate Action.

Team SMU, which consists of 2 members from Sunway University (Khor Win Win and Silas Roberts) and 2 members from Monash University (Chelsea Chin and Ignatia Tang) emerged as the champion of the competition.

They were awarded a winning trophy and a cash prize of RM3,000.00. The mentor for the SMU was Dr Hasannudin from the Department of Economics and Finance, Sunway University.
