Siva's professional journey includes roles as a Staff Nurse, Senior Staff Nurse, and Assistant Nurse Manager. Following the completion of her Bachelor of Nursing Science, she transitioned into clinical teaching, assuming the position of Clinical Instructor, where her primary responsibility was to provide training to student nurses.

In 2011, she seized a new opportunity as a Clinical Instructor and Clinical Coordinator at MSU (Management and Science University). This role afforded her the chance to not only conduct classroom instruction but also to manage community services for the university. She actively participated in curriculum development, served as a speaker for short courses, created clinical forms, oversaw student and staff schedules for clinical activities, collaborated on clinical placements at HTAR (Hospital Tuanku Ampuan Rahimah), and played a pivotal role in the university's industry advisory panel.

Having dedicated a decade to MSU, Siva decided to further her education with post-basic studies in ICU (Intensive Care Unit). Her skill set includes the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong project management capabilities. Additionally, she is known for her critical thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
