Looking Time Lab

Function: The looking time lab uses habituation and preferential looking method to test whether infants can tell the difference between two stimuli (either sounds or images). Using an infant’s ability to pay attention to new and interesting things, infants’ attention to the stimulus presented is recorded. Changes in attention are used as a tool to study the learning and thinking of young infants.
