Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Laboratory
Bruker Ascend 400 MHz NMR Spectrometer
Description
The NMR Bruker Ascend 400 MHz Spectrometer is predetermined for rapid acquisition of routine 1D and 2D NMR experiments. The Ascend magnet incorporates the key technologies of the UltraShield Plus magnets. The Avance III platform has two channels (SGU1 and SGU2), 50 W 1H/19F amplifier, 135 W X amplifier and MULTILINK HPPR/2 preamplifiers. The Bruker Ascend 400 MHz is equipped with a 5 mm BBFO probe with 2H "lock" channel and z gradient. The spectrometer is also equipped with a control temperature unit prepared to work at temperatures ranging from -150 °C to +150 °C.
Features
- UltraShield Plus 9.4T magnet
- RT probe, multinuclear broadband fluorine observe (BBFOPLUS) probe with digital tuning covering the range from 15N to 31P and 19F with 1H decoupling. ProdigyTM ultra-high sensitivity
- Multinuclear broadband cryoprobe for 1H, 19F, 31P to 15N observation
- Control temperature unit (from -150 °C to 150 °C)
Experiments
- All standard 1D and 2D gradients experiments
- 1H, 13C experiments
