Biography
Dr Elangkovan is a well-established lecturer and trainer in the field of Management, Strategic Management, Service Quality and Organizational Behavior. He has 30 years of experience in administration, management, training and academic teaching. His experience in corporate and hospitality management training and consultancy includes Putrajaya Marriott Hotel, The Saujana Kuala Lumpur, Villa resorts Maldives, and Puteri Pacific Johore Bahru and Hyatt Hotel, Sabah, Affin Bank, Wasco Engineers, IJM, MSIG, Arab Malaysian Bank, Astro and Royal Selangor. Dr Elangkovan specializes in problem based and case-based learning on organisational learning model using single loop and double loop learning. His involvement in the academic field includes, journal publications, book publications and chapters, presenting papers and as moderator in international conferences held locally and abroad.
