The Centre for Hospitality Innovation and Leadership (CHIL)
The Centre for Hospitality Innovation and Leadership (CHIL) has been established to develop academia-industry collaboration between the School of Hospitality and Service Management (SHSM) and its industry partners.
CHIL’s objective is to expand the collaboration beyond the scope of work-based learning programmes that provide valuable real-world experience to students and to further strengthen its industry relationship through joint efforts in educational development and delivery, as well as industry-relevant research and consultancy.
Consequently, the Centre aims to contribute to the talent development and business innovation of the hospitality and tourism industry.
