Biography
Kenneth Kam is a Le Cordon Bleu Sydney graduate with over 20 years of experience. He also holds a Swiss MBA in International Hospitality Management and a Diploma in Professional Chef Training. He has attained significant culinary experience prior to joining academia including roles on cruise, cheffing in Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia, as well as an In-flight Chef for Etihad Airways. Now an educator, Kenneth is dedicated to enhancing culinary education and fostering excellence for the generations to come. In the past, he has successfully trained students for competitions in Singapore, Hong Kong, Austria, and more. Kenneth has also collaborated with brands like Monin, Elle Vire, UNIQLO, Jasmine, and Valrhona to name a few.
