Biography
Chef Edie is currently a Teaching Fellow at the School Hospitality and Service Management, Sunway University. He has 6 years of experience in various 5-star hotels. Furthermore, he has served as a chef lecturer for 9 years, having obtained his Master in Gastronomy and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Culinary Arts Management at Universiti Teknologi Mara. He has completed the Professional Culinary Certificate, Mozaic by Chef Chris Salans. He also represented Kellogg’s and Haco Swiss Coffee as their brand ambassador, participated in competitions at the national and international level. Chef Edie brings a wealth of experience and talent to the kitchen and displays significant passion towards academic studies, particularly in the field of culinary.
