Biography
Yee Suet Rene teaches Culinary related subjects at diploma and undergraduate levels of study. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Science (Biotechnology) at Monash University. Shortly after graduation, she decided to pursue her passion for patisserie and enrolled in the Le Cordon Bleu Sydney, Australia where she was conferred the Diplome De Patisserie, Certificate in Menu Compilation and Diploma in Professional Culinary Management. Inspired to bridge the gap between science and culinary arts, she pursued a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition at Deakin University. Prior to joining academia, she worked in patisseries and restaurants in Sydney and Singapore.
